The rooms are a good size with large beds, and I appreciated the storage space and safe box provided.

The property was exceptionally comfortable with courteous staff at the reception desk. The restaurant was magnificent with good breakfast and dinner here, I had warm dishes. The location was great and lovely and the rooms were silent. Had nice dainties at Cake and Custard Factory, located extremely close to the hotel.

Perfect hotel with a terrific service, spent my time lovely here. The place had a contemporary atmosphere. Enjoyed a safe box, central heating and an iron in the room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the staff were pleasant. The location was decent, not too far from The Tea Rooms. It was located in a fairly nice area not far from the restaurant and public transport.

Room was big enough and and very Comfortable , it has plenty of space. It is good to have nice room like this. Bathroom was very clean with nice soft towels. Over all it is very nice modren hotel, I wish it was in better area ( location )
I was charged for five days breakfast instead of 4 days in face I stayed five nights, from 27th Oct to 1st Nov .I departure form hotel at 5:00 Am on 1st Nov so I did not have breakfast on the departure day. In additional to that the price was quite bit high

Staff very welcoming and friendly. Reception staff helped with travel and forgotten toothbrush/toothpaste!! Room very clean comfortable and best of all quiet. Bathroom clean shower pretty fair. We only stayed 1 but the hotel took into consideration that we were 2 women travelling alone.Whitechapel may not be the best area in London but Holiday Inn did its best to shine and did very well
Breakfast at £15 not good value for a coffee and toast girl like myself.Continental breakfast perhaps? I do realize however, that there are 'guests' who treat the breakfast bar as an unofficial 'takeaway' for their lunches.

There was a loud intermittent pipe noise in the room we had . This disrupted our sleep.

The location was good and fab, not far from a tube station. Was in a really quiet area and walk from pubs and cafés. - We ate at an excellent restaurant with good breakfast and dinner. - There were a storage space and a safe box.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice, clean, very quiet rooms. Everything was still very new.
Toilet in the room was not flushing very well and you couldn't really use a hand shower. Bus stops are very close, but during the weekends you have to be prepared to wait longer for public transportation.

Situated between Shadwell trainstation & Whitechapel underground station. Very modern design & spacious rooms with large beds. The breakfast is reasonable price & quality wise. Fast Internet allover the hotel with good signal.
The only thing which made me uncomfortable is the waiting que at the reception desk most of the time. There was only 1 receptionist. Despite that all hotel staff were friendly.

Hot breakfast for every taste. Nice styled room with iron and a different feel and hairdryer, hot drinks in the on-site bar. Good location: a metro station not far from the hotel.
Very unhelpful staff!
